Congratulations to this week's Bulldog of the Week!
Betsy Morales is a wonderful student! She always shows up to class prepared, and ready to participate. She is also a tremendously caring individual, helping those who are learning English. She absolutely demonstrates and embodies what it means to be a Bulldog.

Mrs. Rupp's Contemporary Issues classes have been learning about political parties and ideologies (beliefs). Students took surveys to determine their own political ideologies, and we plotted our class results on the political spectrum. View our results here!

We are so appreciative of Officer Bunce. He is not only our SRO, but he is also a coach and mentor to so many of our bulldogs! Thank you and Happy School Resource Officer Appreciation Day!

Congratulations to 11th grader Kristine Cacayuran! She applied and was accepted to the BigFuture® Ambassadors program for spring 2024! 👏

There are great things happening in our English classrooms. Check out what is happening in Ms. Mielke's classroom.

Our students had a wonderful time at our Valentine's Day dance. Thanks to our National Honor Society for hosting this amazing night. We are Bulldogs! #NCHSfamily

Ours students help not only our local community, but international communities as well. Well Done, Bulldogs!
Before the holidays, NCHS Multilingual Learners made and sold over 150 beaded bracelets to raise funds to assist the family of a five-year-old boy with cerebral palsy who lives in a rural area of Guatemala.
Last week, the proceeds reached their destination, a local nonprofit in little Calixto’s home village. His mom was able to obtain a supply of essential items needed for his care and a bit of cash to purchase his seizure medications and some bananas and other soft foods that he can easily chew and swallow.
Thanks to the many students and staff who supported this worthy cause!

Our bulldogs are doing amazing things in our community. Check out our students in the teaching classes who colored and created 75 hand-made Valentine’s Day cards for the patients at Caroline’s Nursing Home & Rehab. We are Bulldogs! #NCHSfamily

Save the Date, Bulldogs!

Check out this week's bulldog highlight.
Noah Mathis epitomizes what it means to be a Bulldog. He is consistently ready, often showing up to Next Gen meetings with a head-start on his work. Ms. Trice says, "He is one of the most responsible students I know, always on top of deadlines, and holding a job outsdie of school. I could go on and on about Noah and what makes him a great Bulldog, but it's best displayed in interactions with him."
Great work, Noah!

Ms. Rada's algebra students were busy cracking codes in class. Well done, bulldogs! We are Bulldogs! #NCHSfamily
