Artwork by North Caroline High School student Brooke Goss has been chosen for the annual Caroline County Public Schools holiday card. Brooke is a student in Mr. Goodger’s art class.
Each year, art teachers provide students the opportunity to produce and submit artwork for the school system’s holiday card. Submissions are narrowed down and, in keeping with long-standing tradition, the superintendent then chooses the winner. Dr. Simmons said all entries were worthy of representing the district; however, Brooke’s artwork stood out because of the intricate details.
Brooke will be recognized at the December Board of Education meeting. All entries may be viewed on the CCPS Flickr page.
