Happy National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day, Sgt. Andrew!
This week some of our art students were lucky enough to be part of an artist residency with Maura Dwyer. Maura is a muralist who is a teaching artist with Maryland's Arts for Learning. This 3-day residency is for teaching students to use Adobe Photoshop and Wacom drawing tablets to co-create digital artwork. Student artwork will be used to plan a mural that will be prominently displayed here at school.
This project is funded in part by the Maryland State Arts Council, the Caroline County Council of the Arts (CCCA), and the MSDE Fine Arts initiative grant. #MSAC #artsineducation
