Information on how to support this cause via fundraising if you so choose had been sent home with the opportunity to also earn fun prizes! Yesterday, in Ms. August's 5th grade science classes, we created a model to show how the Earth’s tilt on its axis and rotation around the sun determines how much daylight we receive during particular times of the year. We used a globe, a lightbulb, sticky tack, string and a ruler to determine our data. #pespantherpride
